The short version
We collect your email address when you choose to give it to us. We use it to send you what you signed up for. We don't sell it, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Who we are
Teachers With Money is run by Christa Jones through Enharmonic Education, LLC, based in Indiana, USA. On this page, "we" and "us" mean Teachers With Money.

What we collect
When you sign up. If you join the newsletter or the Teachers With Money Summit waitlist, we collect your email address.
When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
When you visit. The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs. Those include your IP address, your browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. They exist to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to figure out who you are.
What we don't collect
This site has no accounts or logins. It doesn't take payments. It doesn't use advertising cookies or analytics that follow you around the internet.
How we use your information
We use your email address to send the newsletter you signed up for. If you joined the Summit waitlist, we also use it to send Summit news and registration details.
Our emails sometimes mention our own podcast episodes, products, and events.
If you write to us, we use your message to write back.
Who else handles your information
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
A few companies help us run things, and they handle your information only to do that job:
beehiiv is our email platform. The signup forms on this site are beehiiv's, so what you type in them goes straight to beehiiv. It stores our subscriber list, sends our emails, and notes which page or link brought you to sign up. Like most email platforms, it also shows us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
Our web host serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
We would also share information if the law required us to.
Links to other sites
We link to pages run by other companies. Those include podcast apps, social media, the checkout page for TPT Launch Lab, and the coaching application form. Each of those has its own privacy policy, and what you share there is covered by theirs, not this one.
Your choices
Unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works right away.
See, fix, or delete your information. Email christa@teacherswithmoney.com and tell us what you'd like. We'll take care of it within 30 days.
Some places, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, give residents specific legal rights over their personal information. We'll honor a request like the ones above no matter where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, our email platform keeps a record of that so we don't email you again by mistake.
Children
Teachers With Money is for adults who work in education. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
Security and location
We're based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here.
We work with established companies and take reasonable steps to protect what you share. No website or email service can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we'll email subscribers too.
